Revanth Reddy stressed that leaders must stand by people during crises, highlighting the swift efforts of ministers, MLAs, and local authorities who worked together with irrigation, revenue, police, and R&B departments to rescue and rehabilitate residents. He also announced that CSR funds from local industries would be mobilized to aid recovery and assured that Kamareddy’s development will be on par with Kodangal. Reviewing the education department’s functioning, he emphasized that facial recognition attendance must be made mandatory for both students and teaching staff to ensure transparency and discipline, particularly in professional institutions. He also stressed the need to prioritize sports in every educational institution, even suggesting the appointment of physical education trainers on a contract basis where necessary. The Chief Minister further instructed that all construction works—such as classrooms, kitchens, toilets, and boundary walls for educational institutions—should come under a single authority for better accountability. He said the Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation (EWIDC) would oversee all such works, including the Young India Integrated Residential Schools. He added that engineering and other required staff should be deputed to the corporation immediately for speedy execution. Revanth Reddy also directed that midday meal payments be cleared through a green channel without delays, container kitchens with solar panels be prioritized, and sanitation facilities in women’s colleges and girls’ schools be completed quickly. He urged the immediate release of pending sanitation bills under Amma Adarsha schools and instructed that women counselors be appointed in welfare residential schools to guide girl students. Highlighting that more than 90% of students in government institutions belong to BC, SC, ST, and minority communities, the Chief Minister stressed that public spending on education should be treated as an investment, not an expense. He said Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka had requested Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to exempt education loans, including those for Young India Integrated Residential Schools, from the FRBM borrowing limits.

The government’s “One Capital, Decentralized Development” approach focuses on sector-specific growth across districts—automotives in Anantapur, renewable energy in Kurnool, electronics in Chittoor, quantum technology in Krishna-Guntur, aqua culture in Godavari districts, and IT, pharma, and logistics in North Andhra. With major companies like Google, TCS, and Cognizant setting up in Visakhapatnam, and the upcoming Bhogapuram International Airport, Lokesh projected unprecedented regional development. Calling Chartered Accountants the “brand ambassadors of Andhra Pradesh,” he urged them to adopt new-age practices such as AI-driven audits, blockchain-based transparency, ESG reporting, risk management, and global investment guidance.
